The hotel's location was also convenient, with good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The staff was unhelpful and had no sense of customer service. The air conditioning couldn't be controlled, and the room was freezing.

The breakfast served at Leonardo Royal Hotel was amazing, it exceeded my expectations. I loved the variety of choices for veggies and sweet breakfast lovers. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice experience here. Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was reasonable just off center and tram and multiple bus stations and tram stations. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of food. The service was all in all great.

The venue was hip new, I appreciated the stay and the location was STRATEGIC near Warsaw Central station, tram. The staff was lovely, I had a pleasant stay. I tried some drinks at restaurant Hummus Bar, located 10 minutes walk away. The service was terrific here. Had no problem using their private parking, the internet was fast.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel on a surprisingly calm street, close to the city centre and within walking distance to the Polin museum. The service here was fantastic, with room service, bicycle hire, housekeeping, laundry and shuttle service all available. My room was spacious with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, safe, hair dryer, and television. I especially enjoyed the happy hour and the dining experience at the restaurant. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze.
I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with fridges. The bathrooms were also huge. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty with numerous options. The hotel's location in the business center of the city made it convenient for us to explore this city's public transport options. the safe underground parking had ample space, and the hotel had amazing memorials that commemorated the history of this city's Jewish past.
